I have spent eleven years in landlord and tenant disputes in Ontario, most of them representing tenants. The questions I answer most often are the same three: what a landlord may and may not ask for before you sign, what to do when a deposit is withheld, and how the Landlord and Tenant Board actually works if you have to go there.

This category is not regulated, so no licence is required. We still verify identity before an expert can take a booking.
